New Paradigm Logistics, Inc. was established
after it became apparent that there was a growing need for responsive, reliable, and individualized logistics services in the industry.  With the recent growth and availability of high-technology, most of our competitors have opted to replace their knowledgeable staff with programmed computers to answer customer’s calls and respond with generic solutions to individual needs. Unfortunately. this quickly became a frustrating and time consuming process going through all of the options just to get someone on the line that again offered only generic scripted responses.  This new method of customer service was getting little accomplished and an urgent need for something better was on the horizon.

New Paradigm Logistics, Inc. started out by offering complete end-to-end logistics solutions to the telecommunications industries helping set up new fiber optic networks throughout the world and positioning strategic satellite earth stations throughout Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.  Our popularity quickly grew within this key industry and soon we gained contracts with major U.S. and foreign corporations and small start-ups alike.  Our success came from not only our expertise and abilities but also from our unparalleled dedication to all of our clients.  Whether it was a million dollar account or a one-time small shipment, all of our clients benefited from our customized services, consistency, and most of all our personal touch.
